It is with regret that we have to inform you that the Skew Bridge Football Club has lost three long serving experienced players to newly formed side Lifted Music, managed by Chris Ackworth for the 2008-09 season.

Peter Jukes in particular had just had a fantastic season at left back, and many believe would have cemented his place in the reserves starting 11 had he stayed. David Horslen and Darren Flay who also both played a huge part last season both scoring important goals for the club have all decided to move on after many seasons with the club.

Skew Bridge Football Club would like to wish all three players the best of luck in the future.

As with standard club policy, the transfer fees have not been disclosed.
